Guest access
You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, with the garage excluded. Guests are also welcome to enjoy winery tastings next door at The Fort Wine Co. during open hours.

This is a unique property located on a functioning winery and cranberry farm, you’ll experience true rural charm with open land, wildlife, and seasonal farming activity.
- Gatherings exceeding 8 guests must be notified in advance.

- Overnight guests must be included in the booking.

- Avoid cooking foods with strong odors

- Visitors must NOT make excessive noise, MUST take away all trash, and MUST vacate at 11PM. Visitors are NOT permitted past 11PM.

- MAX of 15 visitors. Note: 24/7 CCTV is active at the entrances.

- If extra cleaning is required after checkout (e.g. sticky floors, excessive trash left behind, etc.), an additional $500 cleaning fee may be charged.
