Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash from the home upon departure. The nearest waste disposal site is 7 minutes from the home. A fee will be charged if trash is left in the home after checkout.
Guests are not permitted to board any boats and/or jet skis moored in the boatlifts. These watercrafts are privately owned and not part of this rental.
Each level of the home has access to a deck. The locks need to be locked in a certain sequence. To lock the door, close the door securely, pull the handle up and then turn the knob clockwise.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
