This is a great place for families to stay when visiting the Summerville area. There was tons to do at the house, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very relaxing and beautiful house!! I loved the season specific decorations right when we walked up to the porch! We loved being able to swim and then hop in the hot tub to relax. My kids (ages 8 to 14) had an absolute blast in the game room, gave them something to do rather than being on their screens the whole time. The host was very responsive if I ever needed to ask a question. Overall a fantastic rental!!

This was a perfect vacation home for a family. It was well stocked on all necessary items as well as fun activities and entertainment. There was a tv in every area including the screened porch. The beds rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are both updated. Everything was in good working condition. The furnishings were modern and clean. It felt upscale. Our family really enjoyed the amenities. Heather was a great host and responsive. This was a five star stay.

My family loved the house, very clean and everything was there that you could possibly want or need. The only thing negative I would say is that the outdoor light off the rear of the master bedroom is on a motion sensor and every time the central ac would come on the light sensor seemed to pick up the fan starting and the light would come on lighting up the room at night.I would adjust that soon!

We came into town with 3 of our kids and grandbaby to visit our kid who lives there and help another kid move there and this house was large enough host us and entertain everyone. Heather was a great host and very responsive, she even came out to remove the ping pong table that broke to ensure no one got hurt. The house is exactly as described and the only thing I wish we would have known before paying the extra fees was the pet policy because we would have chosen to leave the pup at home with a sitter instead of bringing her.

This is an excellent family-friendly accommodation, and our children particularly enjoyed the game room and pool. Our sole recommendation would be the addition of a freestanding or window air conditioning unit in the game room. The amenities are superb, the premises are clean, and the decor is highly appropriate.
