Very nice property. Plenty of room. Loved the deck/porch on the front. Lots of chairs and umbrellas provided for beach trips.

Condo was decorated nicely. Close to the beach. Served the purpose but not very clean. Cleaning services were not done by check in time. Empty boxes stacked up outside the door (not disposed of) remote to the bedroom TV was not located. Sheets were not provided for the pull out couch.

I’m glad you enjoyed the condo’s décor and convenient location near the beach, but I’m truly sorry that the cleanliness and check-in experience fell short of expectations. The cleaning not being completed on time, the boxes being left outside, and the missing TV remote and pull-out couch linens are all things we should have handled before your arrival. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve already shared your feedback with the cleaning team so they can address these issues and help ensure a better experience for future guests.
