This beautifully designed villa at Magic Village Views features 4 bedrooms, all suites, and a half bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).
Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.
Trash Disposal: Trash is collected daily. Please use 13-gallon bags and place them in the bin outside next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.
Parking: Designated parking spot in front of the house.
Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Washcloths are not included due to health regulations.
For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including soap, a dish sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests can purchase any additional items at nearby supermarkets.
Kitchen Amenities: Blender, toaster, kettle, regular coffee machine, and Nespresso Vertuo machine (coffee pods not provided).
Extra fee for BBQ use ($75 one-time).
