Having an air conditioner in all bedrooms. Parking in rear backyard for up to 4 vehicles or you can park for free on the street in front of the house for 24 hours.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful newly renovated private Home is clean and comfortable. Only 3-4 min driving and 10-15 min walking distance from Niagara falls. It can sleep 10-12 people and includes 4 bedrooms (1 king bed and 3 queen bed), a living room, dining room, full working kitchen, one full bathroom, Wifi, Heating & Having an air conditioner in all bedrooms.

Owner living first floor and second, third floor for guest. We have separate entrance. Front door entrance for guest and Owner using back door for entry. Each bedroom has a bed, bedrooms have closet space, and others bedroom have dresser & closets hanging rack and Having an air conditioner in all bedrooms.

We provide 5-6 towels if you need more please let us know before 1 day, we provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, Face tissue, Kitchen tissue, bathroom tissue, Air freshener, Extra pillows.

Our check-in time 04 pm and check out time 11 am if you have any special requests for early check-in please let me know 2-3 days before. We have self check in system before 1 day we will send you lockbox, wifi password and all the details.

High speed Internet via WiFi is available.

The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, cooking items, cutlery and dishes. The dining room can seat 4 people and the living room has a sofa, and smart TV with streaming apps you can sign in to also we have Iron, Iron board, Hair dryer.

Parking in rear backyard for up to 4 vehicles or you can park for free on the street in front of the house for 24 hours.

We strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you.

Please note We recently finished renovating this entire house. Everything almost new and clean. Most of the homes in Niagara Falls area, including this one, are 100 years old and we newly installed floor vinyl, new paint, new electric, plumbing, Furnace, Air conditioning & inside almost everything is new but structure is not new.
