Wonderful community amenities within 100 feet - tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tubs. Clubhouse locker room, fitness center, library and putting green. Central location 3 miles to La Jolla village center and Pacific Beach. Minutes to beaches. Easy on/off I-5. 15 minutes to downtown and airport or to Torrey Pines Golf Course/Sea World/San Diego Zoo/downtown San Diego/Del Mar/North County. HOA maintained landscape. Minimum 30-day rental.
