First Unit

Welcome to Papakea, a tropical resort ideally located on the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. This beautifully updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers stunning ocean views and plenty of room for up to 8 guests—perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy, all just steps from the shoreline.

Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and scenic walking paths, Papakea makes it easy to enjoy everything Maui has to offer. The unit is fully equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay, including towels, linens, beach towels, starter toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. A stackable washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Recently renovated bathrooms add a touch of modern comfort.


An on-site Activity Desk is available to help plan unforgettable island adventures. Nearby, you'll find world-class golf at Kapalua and Ka’anapali, as well as excellent snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and miles of walkable sandy beach.

Inside the condo, you'll find split-system air conditioning in the living room and loft area. While the back bedrooms do not have A/C, they are equipped with ceiling fans and benefit from Maui’s natural trade winds.

Papakea is a serene, 13-acre oceanfront resort nestled between the world-class golf courses of Ka’anapali and Kapalua, and only minutes from the shops, restaurants, museums, and galleries of historic Lahaina and Whalers Village. It’s a perfect combination of island tranquility and easy access to local attractions.

This beautifully renovated condo is located in a 4-story concrete building, offering both comfort and quiet. A/C has been installed to maximize comfort, and every room features ceiling fans and louvered windows to let in the cooling trade winds.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed and TV
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (can convert to a king upon request)
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, allowing up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably
Lanai: Overlooks koi ponds, the pool area, and offers partial ocean views
