Our 2-bedroom home offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood close to hospitals, KCU medical school, OCC, shopping, dining and more.

Inside, you will find a bright and inviting sunroom that can double as a third sleeping space, complete with a futon and extra bedding. The spacious formal dining room features a large table with seating for six, perfect for family meals. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials you need to cook and feel right at home.

The home features two bedrooms:
*One with a comfortable queen-size bed.
*One with two twin beds.
*The sunroom offers a futon that folds out to a twin-size bed.

Step outside to enjoy the privacy fenced in backyard, with seating for relaxing. The Walmart neighborhood marketplace is only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. The Mercy Park is 4 minutes from the house. This is a memorial park built on site of the 2011 tornado's ground zero serving as a place of reflection with walking trails, a pond, a fountain, and picnic shelters. This is a really neat park to visit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you have any dirty dishes, please put in dishwasher and start before you leave. Dishwasher tabs are in drawer by dishwasher.
Remove any food from refrigerator. Take trash out and put in trash can out behind the fence.
If you leave early, please send me a quick message before you leave. Lock the door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lock up the house when you leave.
Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start before you check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint, adorable home. We loved everything about it. It was cozy and comfortable and just what we needed for our short trip.
