• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Prepare feasts in a fully equipped kitchen or head to the patio for the Blackstone and Weber gas grill experience. There are 2 full sized refrigerators in the cabin - one in kitchen and one on the Pool Level just inside from the patio and gas grill.

• Bedroom 1-3: King suites with private ensuite bathrooms.

• On the Water: Access your private, seasonal dock and fire pit. Use the provided floating mat, paddleboards and kayaks, or head to the community beach and fire pits for smores. The resort has also recently added a small petting zoo and a beautiful observation deck which is a great spot for photos:
• Explore the Smokies: You are just 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and 40 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg.

Important Seasonal & Logistics Notes
*** Douglas Lake Levels: Please note that the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) draws down lake levels from mid-September to late April. During this "off-season," the dock is not usable and water access is extremely limited. However, the indoor pool and sauna make this a premier destination even in winter!
• Parking: There is space for 4 cars. We provide off-site storage for one trailer at a nearby facility (no trailer parking allowed on-site). The nearest boat launch is 8 miles away in Dandridge.
