The Space:

The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a state of art kitchen, seated dining area with walkout access to the deck. This floor features a ½ bath, TV/Entertainment, pull out sofa and mudroom with washer/dryer. Chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, toaster oven, drip coffee maker (filters and good coffee provided!), french press, microwave and is well-appointed with pots, pans, spices etc. for use during your stay.



Downstairs features 3 carpeted bedrooms that sleep up to 8 and are almost equal in size.

• 1 King Bed with Mtn views and Ensuite Full Bath with walk-in shower

• 1 Queen with Mtn views

• 1 Bunk Room -set is Full over Twin with Twin Trundle, this room also has the 2nd TV for the kids or lucky couple who gets this room. Small workspace in the closet with large monitor connects to laptop with HDMI port.

• 1 Full Bath - Shared off the downstairs hallway with shower and small tub

Sofa bed in living room to sleep 2 more if desired



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

There is a one car garage for parking a car or storing gear/bikes. You can park 2 additional cars in the driveway.



Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask. We allow 1 well behaved dog to accompany you.

The Neighborhood:

This house is in a quiet neighborhood on Anthracite Drive. The free van service, "Fresh Tracks" will stop in front of the house for access to the ski area. You can hop on a bus at the ski area and ride down to the Town of Crested Butte. The ski resort is approximately .4 of a mile if you choose to walk to the end of Anthracite Dr. There is great cross country skiing and snowshoeing close by. In the summer months, the location couldn't be better for access to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails in the area.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a vehicle and a 4WD or AWD in winter months is necessary.
