Private Studio apartment on lower level of Main House (owner occupied) Dogs and chickens on property. Private deck overlooking Long Pond. Queen bed, single sleeper sofa and small sleeping loft. Very comfortable for 2 people but could sleep up to 4. Kitchenette with dinnerware and cookware. Coffee maker, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, outside gas grill. Private bath with shower. TV, WiFi, A/C. Pond access, SUP, kayaks available. Pool and hot tub. Sunrise views. Golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and beaches nearby.

Swimming pool and hot tub on Main House (owners) level. Happy to arrange time for Guest usage. Stairs to Pond located off deck. Firepit. Kayaks, SUPs, canoe. Parking on site.

Very nice studio apartment with great on site amenities and close to beach (Craigville), restaurants and attractions. Truly a pet friendly listing, and very nice accommodating hosts.Everything in the apartment worked perfectly like the oven, grill, toilets and shower. It’s well stocked if you’re used Air B&B. It’s very quiet even when everyone is home.The pond is big and very nice and there are a number of boats and kayaks to take out including life jackets and paddles

This studio apartment is terrific! I loved the decorations and how well stocked the kitchen was (including a full coffee maker and a keurig, full refrigerator, stove/oven, and welcome snacks). The outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and a view of the pond was wonderful. Tina, the host, was terrific in her communications. This is a wonderful, peaceful place to retreat while on the Cape.
