Joined VRBO back in 2012 and have recently finished complete renovations and placed back on the rental market.

floor of the Vero Beach coastline. Whether you're looking for a brilliant getaway or a wonderful
retreat, this condo is the perfect choice for your next vacation to enjoy uncrowded white sandy
beaches.

Nestled in North Hutchinson Island, this delightful condo boasts 2 bedrooms with a king and
queen bed, walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like fiber/WiFi
and smart TVs.

The Homeowners Association requires an application for each renter with a $150 (non-
refundable) fee for first time applicants, and a $100 fee for repeat guests. It requires
30 days to approve the lease application, so no last minute bookings are accepted.
The fee is included in the host fee.
