Our stat here was wonderful. Perfect place for a “home base” for my friend, myself and my daughter to relax after her roller derby events. Cute house, neat and clean, a quiet neighborhood.

Cesar is a wonderful host! Easy and quick communication, Very flexible and willing work any way he can around your schedule for check in and check out, Very easy check in process. House is an older home but it is remodeled very nice. Enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to those looking for a home away from home-like place to stay in a premier location! Thanks so much!!

The house was very clean and suited our plans well. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back patio, though the yard could use some attention as it was quite overgrown, and the neighborhood felt a bit questionable at times.There are a few small improvements the host could make to enhance the stay. For example, ensuring the TV remotes have working batteries, leaving clear instructions for operating the smart TVs, fixing or replacing the Keurig (though the coffee bar setup was nice), and providing more towels and washcloths. For our two-night stay with three guests, there were only two washcloths and three towels. I’m sure the host would have supplied more if we had asked, but we didn’t feel comfortable arranging that while we were away from the home.On the positive side, the welcome note and basket with snacks and bottled water was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this is a good spot if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, but less ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in the house itself.

Pros: Cesar was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The house was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Cons: The water in shower never heated beyond luke warm. I contacted the host, who said he would come by, but we were out all evening so I’m not sure if he came by. I am sure the water still did not get hot. The yard was in need of attention, especially the backyard. Not the host’s fault, but there is an unsightly shed in the neighboring back yard. Also, when we got to the house Saturday night around 8 pm, colorful disco-type lights from the house next door were shining into 2 of the bedrooms, and there was loud music playing nearby. We were extremely tired from a long day, so those things did not prevent us from getting to sleep.
