Love this house!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house! It is well stocked, the views are amazing and the house is stunning! I never even looked at other houses when we were making our trip to Cape Coral again! The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. Overall, the house is just peaceful!

Vacation in Paradise

Could not have asked for a better location. The house was exactly like the write up when we booked . Neil was great to deal with and the pool guys were wonderful and did an outstanding job taking care of the pool. We hope to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Exceeded our expectations

This is the first time I have rented a place that is actually better than the description! Photos can't do it justice. This home was just incredible. Such a serene setting. Very nicely decorated with a contemporary style. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Beautiful view of the canal. We didn't go explore the area much because we just didn't want to leave this house. I highly recommend this place. I am sad we had to leave.

Xmas Vacation

House was great as were all the amenities. Very modern and well taken care of. Blinds in bedroom were broken but repair folks came early in stay. No cage over the pool was a non-issue. Liked everything about the place - two things worth knowing are that they are some pickleball courts directly across the water from the house which are active all day long. Not overly intrusive but something you hear in the background all day. House has a great dock for their boat and for fishing - neighbor to the right is also a rental that appears to cater to young families.

SisterFriend Reunion

The house was STUNNING! It was such a great place to relax and the house made that mission very achievable. Plus the necessities were in close driving distance. While we did the usual Florida activities, I really could have been happy doing nothing in the house for a whole week! I definitely recommend renting this vacation home.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

We had an incredible time here. If you can even believe it, it’s all better than the pictures. It exceeded our expectations and we’re picky! Just simply beautiful! All the extra details. The pool is to die for! Amazing views!! Bravo to the interior decorator! Only 40 min from the airport, close to everything! Beaches, boat trips, great restaurants from Ft Meyers, Sanibel/captiva, siesta key beach, Adventures in Paradise boat trips and so much more! Stop thinking about booking this place and just book it!’ We cannot wait to come back again! Thanks, Neil!

Beautiful home with so much privacy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this gorgeous home with our family of adult children and their significant others to ring in the new year and escape our chilly state. We loved the setup of the U-shaped home where all the bedrooms were on one side and the living areas on the other. Our kids stayed up well past midnight watching movies and playing games and we couldn't hear anything from the master suite! The location is great and you can walk to the marina or to a little shopping area with a Publix and liquor store, nail salon, etc. The pool was definitely a highlight, as was the gorgeous view down the canal. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Sister trip!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We loved the outdoor area and used it everyday. No need to pack beach towels because they provide them for you. The house is gorgeous but they should update the description because 2 bedrooms have king beds and 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Also it is 3 and a half baths not 4 as listed. We had minor issues with the cable but Neil tended to it quickly. We will definitely be back.
