Entire Home in Pottsboro, Texas - 2 Boats Slips available

AROCK Cabin. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath a stone's throw from beautiful Lake Texoma. A short walk to the lake and your private secure boat slip with full service. Several boat ramps are just around the cove. Capable of sleeping 11 guests with two king beds, one queen bed, and five twin beds. Commercial kitchen to complete any stay. My amenities surpass many and I greet my guests with a small meal upon arrival. Please note: a detailed list is in the provided handbook for departure. Failure to complete will be an assessment of $25.00.

The Space -

NOTE: All new furnishings, bedding, etc.

Fire pit, grill and smoker grill with plenty of seating, and fish cleaning stations all at the ready for a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Guest access:
We have additional parking marked. We also have two back doors for privacy entrance from other guests

Additional:
There are umbrellas and water toys/floaters for kids as well as few lawn chairs to go down to lake and enjoy the view.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn Off any mini-splits that were used during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Diane was so great! Very welcoming and very thorough showing us around to make sure we were comfortable. The property was clean and the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. She even had a delicious spread of snacks and treats she cooked for us when we arrived. Five stars! Would definitely recommend.
