Please note, no pets are allowed, and it is not suitable for children due to high-end furnishings. A minimum age requirement of 25 years old is enforced for guests.



Hammer House is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2-hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia. Grocery shopping is convenient with the Rosie app for delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA.



Nearby attractions include Woodloch Resort, Elk Mountain, Poconos, Big Bear, and Lake Wallenpaupack!

Other Things to Note:

We are an active winery and operational activities will be conducted during you stay. The basement of the farmhouse is occasionally used for a tasting room, with a separate entrance from the home. No Washer & Dryer available.

House is limited to 6 Adults only. Additional guests are not permitted. No pets, No children. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Parties are not allowed during your stay at the house.

The Winery is available to use during your stay. It does close daily at 6pm and then will be off limits to guests.

Please note, there is an electric fence around the vineyard in front of the house to prevent animals from eating the vines.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
