This special 100 year old house is full of charm and character. It is a cheerful and colorful place, hence the name Sunny Side Stay. It is located minutes away from downtown Fort Wayne's sporting events, art museum, theaters, festivals, fine dinning, nightlife, and shopping. This house should have everything one would need including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. As a host, I strive to provide guests with a wonderful experience!

We had a lovely stay in Ft Wayne — the house was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, the instructions they gave us to get into the place were clear, and the location was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.

My sisters and I were thrilled with our visit at Sunny Side Stay. As soon as we walked through the door, we gasped. It was more delightful than we even expected! The home was immaculate, and the vintage-style decorations were homey and warm. We appreciated the extra blankets & towels, which are often lacking in other places I’ve stayed. The bedrooms & bathroom upstairs were darling! We cannot wait to stay again. It was perfect for our girls’ getaway!

House was bight and airy, it was as advertised and in good condition. The two twin beds on one room are actually a trundle bed. This was fine for our young family, but adults might find it awkward.

We went down with family members to attend our son's wedding. My two granddaughters thought it was our vacation home. They had a great time on the stairs and love the home completely. My best friend and I stayed here with our kids (3 in total). There were already games and toys for the kids at the house and that was amazing, even though we did bring our own the kids enjoyed the new ones. The house was VERY clean. We worked very hard (especially with 3 younger kids) to make sure it stayed that way. We had everything we needed except a can opener which was not a terrible thing since we had to get groceries to make dinner anyways and just added it to our travel bin. The welcome letter was very simple to follow and understand.
