While the house and the Host were amazing, the neighborhood surrounding is very unsafe! Actually the highest crime rate in Richmond! After night 1 we moved and was refunded because there happened to be a shoot out behind the house! Up coming area for sure but it definitely needs a few years to improve surrounding areas!
