Welcome to the Park House, a spacious 1910, 2-story home located in peaceful and beautiful Aurora, NE. The home is close to parks, shopping, and our historic downtown.
On the main floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen TV, dining room, parlor with a workspace and a half bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed, as well as a full bath with tub/shower. There are 2 porches for relaxing and easy on-street parking.
Aurora is an easy driving distance to Grand Island, Hastings, and York. There are several excellent restaurants in town as well as a superb museum and the Edgerton Explorit Center. There is a level 2 charging station located 1 block from the property with 1 CHAdeMO 63kw, 1 CGS 62 kw, and 2 J17727kw stations.

1910 house with collections of interesting items throughout. Nice towels in bathroom and good shower. Easy access to property and great correspondence from host.

Why they chose this property
I love how walkable this neighborhood is. There’s a large park right across the street with trails for walking my dog, a pool, and even disc golf! We’re also just a few blocks from the historic downtown square with shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The house was built in 1910 and I’m only the 3rd owner! All of the original woodwork is still intact and I love the high ceilings and details like the built in china cabinet. There are two porches so any time of the day you can find a nice shady spot to relax.
