Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for future guests and reinforce our commitment to a reliable and welcoming experience at Casa da Lua. This reservation was our very first booking on Vrbo, and due to a technical issue, the notification of the booking did not reach us. As we had previous guests departing on the same day, we arranged a temporary space on the ground floor for luggage storage while the house was being prepared. The property was fully private for the remainder of the stay. This issue has now been fully resolved, and our systems are properly synchronized to prevent any recurrence. As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a refund for one night, offered complimentary drinks, and personally extended an invitation for a free night on a future stay. Our priority is always to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We remain committed to offering a comfortable, private, and well‑maintained home and look forward to welcoming future guests with the high standards we strive for.
