We enjoyed our stay. It is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the views and pool. The only negative thing was there was no dustpan. Thank you!

Great location. Very short walk to the beach and great, open air restaurants. Nice pool for when we were done with the sand. Check in process was super fast and easy. Clean and modern place. Communication was very responsive. Great hosts, great place, and great value. Highly recommend.

The location of this property is excellent — very close to Clearwater Beach and convenient to everything in the area, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.However, the unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived, which was disappointing. The accommodation itself is very basic and quite worn and dated. It could benefit from a deep clean and some updates to improve overall comfort and presentation.If location is your top priority and you’re not concerned about modern finishes or higher-end amenities, it may work for you. Otherwise, expectations should be set accordingly.
