Beautiful property, very quiet, very nicely decorated and appointed, host responded quickly to questions. Though in a very rural setting, the property is very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and is a short drive to the mountains. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

What a beautiful, thoughtfully-stocked home. Truly everything we could have needed was already provided. The décor is tasteful and welcoming, and Thea was wonderfully responsive — every question was answered promptly. Seeing the horses on the property, especially the Mustangs, was an absolute highlight. A peaceful, memorable and conveniently located place to stay!

This property and host exceeded expectations multiple times. The accommodations were extraordinarily clean and so many helpful items were included. The kitchen was one of the most well laid out and well stocked we have ever experienced. The host was easily reachable and constantly offering ways to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

A lovely property that is impeccably decorated with high end finishes. Everything was clean, fresh and welcoming. A abundance of niceties like a candy jar, coffee, laundry detergent were available. Would have loved to request a tour of the property but a family wedding kept us busy. Took a sunset walk around a local lake to get some exercise. The Mountain Fountains in Hygiene has delicious quiche and custom menu for yummy sandwiches. We enjoyed your peaceful retreat very much!

My husband and I came to CO to celebrate his birthday and to be close to our son, who lives in Longmont. Our stay was peaceful, quiet, clean, had every amenity we could possibly need, and Thea responded to every question we had immediately! We also appreciated that part of the fee we paid goes to helping the beautiful rescued horses on the property. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at the ranch!

Awesome place, scenic, quiet, and peaceful. Everything was as pristine and neat as it gets. The host, Thea, was very responsive and insightful. Her recommendations were spot on. From pastries at Babettes, hiking at Chautaugua Park and Coots Lake, and shopping at the scenic village of Estes Park. Wish I was there longer. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to meet and greet the horses. Will have to plan another trip back. Loved the place. Highly recommend it!

I have stayed in a lot of places all over the country and this is by far one of the best places. So clean, super cute, and the host is super amazing. Nice location where you’re close to all the things but you get a taste of the wild/privacy, which was awesome. Do not hesitate to stay here! Also- I want to steal the bathroom and kitchen and put it In my house!!!!

Stayed here while in town for a wedding plus some days of rest and relaxation before and after. The property was pristine, and everything from great communication to the amenities offered to the ease of check-in/check-out allowed me to fully unwind. Everyone at the wedding who I told about my accommodations agreed that I'd found an incredible gem. Along with the comfort and modernity of the space, I was notably impressed by the variety of the games collection. The horses are nearly always in view through the windows or while enjoying the small yard, and I spent hours enjoying watching them - that the desk space overlooks one of the pastures was a notable perk.In comparison to the surrounding area, the property is far enough out of town to enjoy the peacefulness of the rural landscape but close enough to Longmont to easily pick up essentials (including an extra trip for things initially forgotten), and an easy drive to explore nearby Boulder (highly recommend taking the US 36 route in order to enjoy views along the foothills). Nearby Pella Crossing open space on the south edge of Hygiene is a great place to walk the trails or simply find a bench to enjoy the mountain views.I've already recommended the property to my friends who live in the area for if they have family/friends looking for a rental while visiting from out of town, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a fabulous place to stay for our daughters graduation from UC Boulder! We stayed 5 nights and wanted to be a bit north of Boulder to be able to hike in Rocky Mountain NP. The place was quiet and just a minute out of Hygiene, CO. Exactly as described on VRBO. Beautifully maintained, well designed, clean and with all appliances and more. Hygiene has a great coffee spot and a great deli/sandwich place as well. Lots of local hiking and running trails. Absolutely recommend this for four to six guests.

Mustang Ranch is an oasis with the beautiful backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. The horses are a great touch. We enjoyed watching them while having morning coffee on the patio. Colorado was very hot during our stay but the ranch is shaded and provided excellent relief from the heat. This unit is incredibly clean and well air conditioned. It's also very close to anything you need in Longmont or Lyons. We were in need of nothing. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and all spaces. Thea is an excellent host and communicates promptly and accurately. My wife and I enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay and I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Thea

Everything was perfect! The property sits on a horse ranch with beautiful horses to see out the windows. It was immaculate and furnished with all new, high-end amenities. The bedrooms have individual silent thermostat units which made my room nice and cool and relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable. We flew out for a weekend wedding, was slightly concerned about one bath, but the property had everything we needed to get ready including mirrors in the bedrooms which was needed! There is everything from an extra toothbrush to snack snacks and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The host is amazing and even offered to carry our bags if we needed. The response time when messaging is extremely quick and when I had packages delivered prior to arriving, she even put them inside so they wouldn’t get rained on. If you are picky about cleanliness/germs like me, this is your place…. You won’t find anything cleaner or organized. We will be back and hope to have more time to enjoy visiting the horses!

It was a perfect retreat for my daughter and I. The kitchen, adjoining dining area and den was wonderful. We loved being in this rural part of Longmont that was just minutes away from everything we needed but calm and peaceful in a nature setting with horses, bunnies and farm cats outside our windows. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom were thoughtfully done and met all our expectations.We loved the location of the property. So close to everywhere we wanted to visit like Longmont, Lyons, Lafayette, Westminster, Boulder/Pearl Street and especially Estes Park where we had breakfast at the Stanley Hotel then drove the Peak to Peak Highway stopping at Lily Lake, the Historic Church on the Rocks (St Catherine of Sienna) then descending down Boulder Canyon to Boulder. It was so beautiful!Our host was always available to us and made sure we had everything we needed during our entire 9 day stay.We highly recommend the Mustang Ranch Retreat!L. Wood and R. We can’t rave enough about this rental. It is beautiful!! The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking tools you need. The host even provided snacks. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The surroundings were just gorgeous! It was so much fun to look out the windows and see the horses hanging around with the mountains in the background. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to any concerns we had. I would have no problem renting this place again.
