Located just 8–10 minutes by car from Cruz Bay, Phoenix by the Sea is a private, laid-back house where you can relax, dine outdoors, and make unforgettable island memories in a home full of warm, authentic Caribbean character.

Our stay on St. John was amazing. We had some issues arise, and the management team with TLC villas went above and beyond to help us with our stay. I would definitely book with them again if given the chance!
