Very clean. 4 rooms with King beds fit our travel party well. Beds were comfortable, place is modern and bathrooms are nice. Building is in a location that felt safe, and just a couple blocks from the red line, making it convenient for transit. There’s a Whole Foods essentially across the street, which was convenient. However, the common space in the condo is small and the kitchen only has a few necessities. Only an issue if you’re looking to prepare meals in the unit. Overall a really good home base for exploring Chicago. We would stay again,

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO apartment! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host maintained excellent communication throughout our visit. The apartment itself was well maintained and part of a wonderful complex that felt both welcoming and peaceful. The neighborhood felt very safe. We especially loved that we could easily walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing stay!

The apartment staff on site were very kind. However, when we arrived at the apartment, it had not been properly cleaned. There was a bowl of half eaten chips and wrappers by one of the beds, and food remnants on the floor. Many of the essentials (tissues, coffee filters etc) were missing. The host did have someone door dash coffee filters and tissues on the third day. In addition, the dryer did not work and there was no option (other than letting someone come in to look at it while we were out), so we had to hang wet laundry on kitchen handles to dry. When we tried reaching out for a resolution, we were told multiple times that someone would reach out to us. That never happened. It was very disappointing.
