Welcome to this charming farmhouse overlooking a beautiful vineyard property in Jamesport. This marvelous newly renovated property boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds. With 4 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind in style. Kitchen is fully equipped w/dishes, utensils, pots & pans, some spices and sugar. House includes AC, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer and a 65-inch television in the living room.

We are walking distance to Jamesport town, surrounded by beautiful beaches, restaurants, local farms, wineries and breweries. The house is walking distance to a tasting room which features live music on the weekends and has a wonderful North Fork vibe. We are a short ride to Riverhead, where you can find Tanger Outlet for shopping, Riverhead Raceway, LI Aquarium and Splish Splash. Greenport is also a short drive, where you can find many restaurants, shopping and water views.

Great for family vacations, weekend getaways & local weddings.

Maximum adults allowed are 10. No one under 23 being the lead person can rent.
