There is a picnic area with BBQ grills and picnic tables located one building over. Condo parking is in front of the building or trailer parking at the condo entrance area. On-site coin laundry room. No pets and No smoking. Condo located on 3rd floor

Location is, Pinetree Commons, only 2 blocks from Angel Fire Resort Ski Area/Bike Park. Convenient location to the slopes for skiing & snowboarding, and summer biking & hiking. A year-round destination! Angel Fire Country Club, open to the public, for golfing, tennis or enjoying the food & view from their restaurant or bar. There are nearby restaurants down the street in the Village. Experience the magic of Angel Fire at our delightful condo!!
