Escape to this lovely oasis with a hidden garden in picturesque Cambridge. With 2 queen beds, 1 twin futon mattress (no frame), and 1.5 bathrooms equipped with a bidet, guests will feel comfortable in this home filled with art collected from all over the world. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like a newly renovated kitchen, fitness equipment and surround sound TV. Adjacent to numerous off street paths for biking, walking, and running. Walking distance to Alewife T station and Davis Square where you’ll find a cinema, multiple coffee shops and restaurants, shopping, parks and playgrounds. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place with easy access to all that Boston has to offer.

Adjoining the home is the property manager’s art studio. The studio has a separate entrance and a soundproof privacy wall between the studio and the rest of the home. (See floor plan images)

This listing is such a wonderful hidden gem! Instructions/pictures were very helpful for finding the driveway and entrance. Beautiful outdoor space and cozy, clean interior. Host was very responsive and flexible- would definitely stay here again in the future.

There was almost a flawless check in but I was confused by the Virbo email that said 00-plus the last four numbers of my phone number and that a six digit six digit code would be sent in a separate email. A 6 digit number came in a separate email Called the host and got it sorted. I wan a kitchen like the one in this house. Loved the cabinets. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding if needed. Perfect for two couples

This is a special home for our extended family. We spend most of our time in Australia and are hosting to share this hidden garden and home with travelers like you. Our daughter in law Deanna is an artist in residence and manages the property when we are away. She lives nearby with our son and amazing grandchildren. We love the Boston area and are excited to share this special location with you.

Why they chose this property

This quiet enclave has easy access to Davis Square with a cinema, multiple eateries, shopping, and access to T station. Equally close is access to Alewife T station, sports fields, and numerous off street paths for access to local marshes and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

We have collected art from all over the world. The house is a showcase for some of our art and is adjacent to an art studio in case you are looking for a gift to take home.
