Welcome to Pinehaus Breck, a ground-floor gem in the coveted Trails End complex — where the mountains meet Main Street and everything Breckenridge has to offer is just steps away. No elevators, no long stair climbs — just easy access to adventure and comfort.
You’ll be staying right down the hall from the ski storage room and the upcoming wellness center (opening November 2025), which will feature a large covered spa, sauna, restroom, and shower. Guests also enjoy key fob access to the Upper Village Pool across the street — complete with 3 oversized hot tubs and a heated indoor/outdoor pool, open year-round.
With free parking for one car, you can park once and explore the town entirely on foot. The Quicksilver Lift and Peak 9 base area are quite literally out the back door, and Main Street is just a 2-minute walk for coffee, dining, shopping, and après-ski fun.
Inside, Pinehaus has been fully renovated in a modern Nordic alpine style, with elevated touches like plaid and Aztec accents, warm knotty pine finishes, and thoughtfully designed elements throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners, and the bathroom offers ample storage, a recessed medicine cabinet, and a great shower with strong water pressure.
The living area features a gas fireplace, cozy baseboard heating, a pull-out queen sofa with memory foam, and a convertible coffee table that doubles as a desk or dining tray. Underneath? Baskets stocked with games for fun nights in.
You’ll also find fans, a humidifier, and room-darkening curtains to ensure restful sleep. Step out onto the private patio to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the afternoon sun. And if you’re lucky — you just might catch a moose wandering by.
Every detail has been curated to create a warm, welcoming alpine experience that says: You’re in the mountains now.
The whole condo and all of the complex amenities are yours to use.

Had a wonderful time in Breck despite the unusual lack of snow. Kimberly is fantastic to deal with, really quick to reply to any queries and very helpful. The condo is lovely, in a fantastic location for the slopes and Main Street and has all the amenities you could need. Would love to stay again!
