Donna was most accommodating and friendly . I had a long stay while looking for a home to buy . Having a long stay can be a challenge when most guests stay a few days or a week . Donna made it work with great communication and worked around my schedule with dogs as much as possible . All the neighbors were friendly . The yard is big for dogs to run . FYI for dog parents there were a lot of foxtails at the time of my stay. Donna made sure they were mowed weekly . All fencing is secure . The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet .Very easy to get around for shopping , food and the Columbia . I walked along the river several times . A lot of fun community things happening during the summer . I also walked my dogs everyday in the neighborhood , there is a park a couple of blocks away . Though I didn’t find a home in Richland . I will be back to visit and planning to book with Donna again.

Elizabeth is an awesome guest. She really cares about the property - she treats it like her own!!! And she is very communicative and always so helpful. I really appreciated her and her dogs staying. I highly recommend her.
PS. She was such a good neighbor - everyone always asks about her.
We visited my brother for Christmas and stayed for a week. We were conveniently located to shopping and my brother's house. It was really a home away from home for us.The property was exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood is a quiet, older one, and there's a park nearby where we enoyed walking our dogs to. I had a user issue upon arrival and the host was so gracious at making sure the issue was resolved while keeping my dignity intact, despite the personal inconvenience to her. Such a blessing! We would absolutely stay in this house again, and highly recommend the host! In fact, we're making plans to stay here again in 3 months!
