The place served its purpose. We needed a place to sleep and it was great for that. I wish the listing would of said there is another suite above the property. The host answered questions very quickly and overall it was an easy process.

This place was perfect for what we needed. I needed a big place for a bunch of teen girls for a conference and this place was perfect!! Each room had its own bathroom! We will definitely hope to be staying here again next year!!

This property and the host "T" made a visit to my family reunion even more enjoyable. Five bedrooms, each with a bath, was just perfect for our group of two couples and three single adults. The first BnB we considered in the area had only three bedrooms and was near twice the price. We were met by T who is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the region. The place was clean, well laid out and well maintained. Trains pass occasionally about two blocks away, but they never disturbed my sleep, and my wife actually liked the sounds. It is a very peaceful, rural setting overall. I woke up on the first morning to find my son and daughter-in-law having coffee by the floating gazebo. I joined them. As a bonus, we had a welcoming committee of several cute cats who came down the path from the owner's residence to inspect us out of curiosity. My daughter fell in love with them. (To be honest - so did my wife and I) We now know their names! There is a separate rental upstairs for smaller groups. We will definitely use this place again and I advised relatives in Hope, Fulton and Texarkana to recommend this property when they have out of town visitors. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, spacious, reasonably priced property in a safe and serene rural setting.

Had amazing time, place was nice. Only issue was we got rained out. But totally enjoyed Can't wait till everything there is finished and we can stay again
