Summary:

Updated 2BR/1BA Crystal River cottage just 4 miles from town. Enjoy new LVP flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen beds + 1 twin, screened porch, Wi-Fi, and a fully fenced front and backyard with gated entry and boat parking. Close to manatees, springs, fishing and scalloping. Small dogs welcome with pet fee. No parties or smoking. A great fall or winter getaway!



The Space:

This is a cute two bedroom one bath cottage on the corner of Highway 44 & BearMount terrace for easy access to Crystal River or to the Suncoast Parkway. The house offers two queen beds and one twin bed plus a sofa that guest can sleep on . Also has a completely back fenced in backyard with the Pergola for your outdoor activities and also parking for your boat .It has everything you need to get you started with your stay. If you’re looking for a place to hang out for a few days or a week, please check out our place.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire cottage, screened porch, and fenced yard. The lockbox is located at the front door. Check-in instructions and the access code will be provided before arrival.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the Crystal River area. The cottage has convenient access to Hwy 44 and the Suncoast Parkway, making it easy to reach Crystal River, the springs, manatee tours, fishing, scalloping, restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. There is on-site parking and room for a boat. No street parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

The cottage is approximately 850 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 5 guests with two queen beds and one twin bed. There is also a regular sofa, but it is not a sleeper sofa or pull-out bed.



The front and backyard are fully fenced with gated entry. Parking is available inside the fenced area for a vehicle or boat, with additional parking in the driveway. No street parking.



Because the cottage is conveniently located near Hwy 44, some road traffic may be heard. Sound machines are provided in both bedrooms for added comfort.



Small dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please include your pet on the reservation.



No parties, events, or smoking are permitted.

We enjoyed our stay! Marie did a good job cleaning before we arrived and the kitchen was outfitted with everything needed. The fenced in back yard had plenty of room for our dog to run free.

Host was great. Location was perfect for us. You could hear a little noise from the road but definitely wouldn’t be a deal breaker to rent again. Will definitely be checking availability when we come back down to fish again.

The owners were great to work with, we needed a last minute place to stay and they got it worked out so we could check in early. The house is clean and comfy and close to a lot of shopping and food options. We were only there for two days but it worked out great for us. The only small negative is the somewhat noisy road, but for most it probably wouldn't be. We would stay here again if we needed to be in the area.

Very clean VRBO. We were in between closing on houses and needed a place for a week that would accommodate our dogs and cats. The fenced backyard and screened porch worked great! It is on a busy road with noise but we didn’t really notice it after a couple days.
