Cute small home right by the Galligator Trail, Langhor Park and close walking distance to downtown and campus. Single level, full of sunlight, plants, handmade pottery and beautiful textiles. There is a shared washer and drier with the downstairs tenant. The home has wood floors, a bathtub, a blooming lemon tree, and a fenced back yard. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has modern appliances (no dishwasher).
