We absolutely loved our stay at beautiful BayKnot lodge! The wrap around covered porch with comfy seating for all 7 of us and the gas fireplace was a favorite place to hang out during our stay. The host Jennifer was attentive and quick with responding with any questions we had. The fenced in dog area and outdoor fireplace were amenities that really made the stay top notch! We hope to return!

The property manager was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made sure to check in when the power went out. Luckily, there is a backup generator on the property, so it didn’t disrupt our trip at all. The kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are gorgeous, and the house was ideal for multiple families with babies. The area is beautiful, and the property is also ideal for pets with the fenced in area! Thank you for the stay, we look forward to future visits to the area.

Beautiful house and property. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch, playing pool downstairs, walking around the neighborhood, and swimming at the resort. The firepit setup was great and the host had plenty of wood for us. Host was responsive, friendly, and informative. Definitely would come back!

We had the best time at bay knot lodge! Such a gorgeous log cabin with plenty of room for our two families. There was plenty of wood for the inviting fire pit outside. Everything was very clean and tidy. Our host, Jennifer, was very responsive, welcoming, personable, and a great resource for all things around the lake! We enjoyed the amenities available at the resort and spent a day hiking and sight seeing at chimney rock state park. We spent 3 days and really wished we had booked it for a week.For those who are up early sunrise from the hammock of the porch is lovely!We can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great weekend at the BayKnot Lodge! The property is ideally located within Rumbling Bald, and the space was perfect for four adults / two kids, with plenty of room to spare. We loved the open main level, the well stocked game room on the bottom level (with pool table and huge tv), and the extensive decks surrounding the property. Our four-legged friend also couldn’t get enough of the dog run outside - what a nice feature when traveling with a pet. But I think our favorite part was the incredible upstairs master suite with private balcony and large bathroom. Jen, the host, was very responsive and super helpful. We will hopefully be back to the Lodge in the very near future!

Just book it! Jennifer is a wonderful host with thorough communication, and the house has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay. We packed much more than we needed because the house was so well-equipped. The furnishings and mattresses were comfortable both inside and out. We spent almost as much time on the well-furnished porch as we did inside. Thunderstorms came through the area during our stay that resulted in power outages in the area, but the whole-house generator turned on, which resulted in zero inconveniences for us. We greatly enjoyed our stay at BayKnot Lodge!
