This location was perfect for our family visits on Barrie and Orillia, with easy access to all conveniences. Wasaga beach and Canada's Wonderland are within reasonable driving distance.

Good location, very clean, and great communication with the host. Absolutely no drama. The only issue I had was that the washer and dryer are coin operated. Not a deal breaker, just surprised. I recommend the property

We really enjoyed our ladies weekend at the house. It was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, and kitchen needs.There were five of us so it was really nice having our own bedrooms. A 6th person could have stayed on the futon in the front room if we had a 6th. There is a jacuzzi tub in the master not a hot tub for clarification but this did not matter as it was summer and we were not planning on going in a hot tub anyways. The owner was quick to respond and was helpful when we asked questions. We would definitely stay again.

We complained that the coffee maker didn’t work the first morning and we ended up spending 40ish dollars at Tim Hortons with 8 adults staying. We would have hoped for a new coffee maker as we stayed for 2 nights. The shower heads were in poor shape due to calcium build up. Master bedroom door would not latch securely. Mattresses were comfortable but better quality pillows would have been appreciated.Location was convenient and the layout of the house was excellent for a part of 8. The house was clean.

Host would communicate inconsistently through the app, and sometimes directly by text.Jacuzzi is advertised in the title, however there were no instructions on how to use it. The “switch” for it in the main bathroom didn’t appear to control anything.Otherwise everything else was as advertised.

The switch on the wall was a simple push on push off to control the Jacuzzi.
