Located on peaceful Isla del Sol, this 2 Bed 2 Bath fourth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the Boca Ciega Bay, a relaxing pool and hot tub, modern amenities, and easy access to St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and St. Petersburg. Whether you’re here to relax, explore or just enjoy the Florida sunshine, we have everything you need for a memorable getaway.

*Comfortable Living Space with Views*
As you walk in, you are greeted by expansive views of the Boca Ciega Bay through two large, sliding doors that lead to a screened corner balcony. A large, comfortable sectional offers ample space to kick back and relax after a long day of exploring the nearby St. Pete and Fort DeSoto beaches. Free WiFi and a large smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services means your favorite shows and movies are just a click away.

*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining*
Our renovated, full-sized kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to make this your home away from home. With extra conveniences like a coffee maker, Brita water filter, electric tea kettle, and toaster, you’ll be done with meal prep and relaxing in no time. An open floor plan allows you to easily converse with guests at the beautiful dining table (comfortably seats four) and still enjoy the views and sounds of the bay. A full-sized washer and dryer are also within easy reach in a closet off of the kitchen.

*Primary Bedroom & Bath*
The primary bedroom is spacious and also boasts stunning views of the bay. It features a king-sized bed, its own smart TV and a ceiling fan for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity, storage closet, partitioned toilet and an extra large, walk-in shower big enough for two.

*Secondary Bedroom & Bath*
The secondary bedroom has a large window with plenty of natural light and features two comfortable twin beds, a dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. The full bathroom is right next door with a bathtub/shower combo and a single vanity.

*Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub*
The La Puerta del Sol community’s outdoor pool and hot tub, located directly adjacent to the bay, is right next door to our building. The pool area includes a fully equipped outdoor grill, straw umbrellas, bathrooms, and a spacious covered seating area, making this the perfect sand-free spot to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Returns all five pool tags to the designated hook in the laundry closet.
Adjust thermostat to 80 degrees.
Close vertical blinds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The La Puerta del Sol community association requires a minimum 21 night stay per booking.
The La Puerta del Sol community association requires a $100 background check/processing fee to be submitted no less than 15 days prior to check-in.
2 additional guests may be accommodated by an additional $20/night/individual and may require a background check if their stay exceeds 3 nights.

Everything We Needed

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Great location with quick access to beach, downtown, and other attractions. Unit was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view of Boca Ciega Bay, and the pool area was clean, spacious and convenient. Owner was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

We stayed in Terry's condo during Thanksgiving week. The top floor condo had an amazing view of the bay and pool with easy access to the beach just a couple miles away. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. The owner was always available for any questions and left a very detailed book on places in the area to dine and relax. We enjoyed the peacefulness versus the constant activity of Gulf Blvd and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Terry!

I stayed here for a week on vacation and really enjoyed this condo. I spent a lot of time sitting on the screened porch and looking out at the water. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We all loved being next to the pool. We rode bikes to restaurants and the beach. It was also a short drive to the Don Cesar, beach, shopping, restaurants. And it only took us about 20 minutes to get into downtown St. Pete for dinner and a concert at Jannus Live. I will be back for sure!!!

Great view, beautiful condo

It was the most beautiful condo we have ever rented. I enjoyed the view from the dining table and especially at night from the little balcony. The views are great at night and in daylight. You can see gorgeous sundown from the condo. The pool, spa and deck are great as well. Everything is clean. Washer/dryer are very useful and in the condo. It‘s only some minutes to drive to beautiful beaches, to shops and restaurants. Safe area, too. We would definitely come back again.

This beautiful and extremely comfortable condo was a wonderful spot for us to spend February and March this past winter. The location is ideal and affords not only great views, but also allows for many enjoyable hours on the balcony. In addition to being close to the beaches of Pass-A-Grille and Fort De Soto Park, there are numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and other activities nearby. Terry’s (the owner) commitment to providing an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and relaxing was greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our return next winter. C&G

We spent 3 weeks at this great condo on Isla del Sol, perfect place to live when You want to be close to the beach att Fort de Soto or St Petes Beach, short drive in to Saint Petersburg or a little longer in to Tampa, makeing a daytrip to Orlando is not a problem either. The condo is on the 4th floor so the view is great, and we saw dolpins our last day, It's nice and clean and has good standards in every room. We will be back if the condo is aviable on our next trip to Florida. Thank You Terry for the opportunity to rent your great place! 5 Star Stay - April 1to 30, 2022

After 2 years of Covid, Border Crossing Closure, it was soooo wonderful to have the opportunity to visit Florida again! The condo was stunning, comfortable with everything you would need, the sunsets and million dollar views...just were the total icing on the cake! We hope to return one day again! Thank you Terry for taking such great care of us! We highly recommend this destination and condo stay! The community in itself is beautiful, so well kept up, and inviting. Everything is so close in this lovely area, wide choice of restaurants, shopping, and so much more! Downtown St. Pete's is not far, and wonderful to visit and engage...their new pier, is wowsa! We so enjoyed our stay, and I sum it up in these words - joy, freedom, & gratefulness! We will be back ! Grateful Canadians!

Good location , great view, but needs updating !!

The location of the unit is great and of course the view is spectacular ! Helped by the wonderful weather we enjoyed during our stay!! The unit was spacious and the floor plan is very livable, however we were very disappointed with the outdated furnishings and decor . The master bedroom mattress is very old and not comfortable. The fan in the shower room was noisy and didn't seem to work properly. King size sheets were old and stretched out. We needed to keep moving the small fan provided from room to room for air circulation. Ceiling fans are definitely needed. All of that said, we did enjoy our time in Florida but would not rent this property again unless there was a complete facelift.

We love how quiet and quaint Isla del Sol is for its residents while still having all of the dining, shopping, and beaches available to us so close by. The La Puerta del Sol community is quiet and friendly and feels like a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.

What makes this property unique

We renovated and updated our condo right after purchasing so that it would have all of the modern and convenient amenities we desire while also exuding comfort and relaxation. Everything is decorated in soft hues reminiscent of the warm sands, turquoise waters and light pinks and oranges of the shells that dot the beaches.
