Please note that the pool is not heated. Thanks to the Texas climate, the water temperature is typically very comfortable from April through October.

Unauthorized parties or overnight guests beyond our 8-person limit will result in a $500 fine, plus $100 per night per unapproved guest.
Actions that result in neighbor complaints or police visits may incur a minimum $500 fine, which will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
