There are hair dryers, an iron as well There is a full laundry room as well as beach towels and chairs. All of the linens and towels are high quality.

The house was spacious and well kept. We enjoyed our time in the spot, even though it was only a short visit. You’ll definitely want a car to visit Mayagüez.

Let me start off by saying the house itself is very pretty and the view from the balcony is nice, but besides that this is a horrible place to rent let me start off by saying it was nearly impossible to find because they do not have an address put up at all upon arriving to this rental. There was garbage bags all in the front yard because they were working on the roof, which was fine at first, but then on day five it began to be a little annoying that we had workers constantly around my vacation rental during this whole time they failed to fix the leaking roof. There were leaks in three spots, which we do have pictures to confirm then on day two we realized that the pipes upstairs which accounts for three of the bathrooms were clogged, including the toilet sinks and showers again have pictures to confirm. We did not notice on day one because the pipes had to clog all the way up from a lower pipeBefore we noticed. we let the host know, and this seemed to aggravate her, which I did not understand. Then, when we tried to cook the whole place filled up with smoke because the overhead hood that supposed to suck, the smoke out did not work, would not even turn on again have pictures to confirm we let the host know and then she said at this point it’s beginning to be ridiculous that we keep contacting her to let her know these problems and that we are starting to harass her. SMH after this, we ceased communication with her and only went through Vrbo! Be careful the host are frauds!

Every owner on this or other platforms have had a terror guest. You sure topped it. I have may reviews on this and other properties in 3 countries and all are 5 star reviews. You complained and caused a lot of damage to the house. You should not be allowed to rent. You ruined the stove, broke a door, put. Hand towel down the toilet, made a hole in the ceiling and would not leave even after I offered a partial refund. VRBO was extremely incompetent in asking you to leave. I had my handyman at the property all day because you found something to damage. Stay home and never rent from anyone. YOU ARE THAT TERROR TENANT! Owners beware!

The nieghborhood is impressive. It is private enough to feel as if you are on a secluded island but enough going on to know you are part of life! Most things are within 10 mins driving distance so it is both beautiful and convenient.

What makes this property unique

The ocean views are mezmorizing. You can't take your eyes off of the natural beauty of the jungle and ocean. It is a very peaceful yet incredibly fun house.
