This makes the 2nd time I have stayed in this house, it needs some repairs and you should bring supplies such as toilet paper and garbage bags but over all we love staying in this house.

The location was great! Beautiful views! The house needs alot of renovations! The fridge door didn’t seal. Missing laundry door, one of the bunk beds was held up with wood blocks. Couch needs to be replaced. Back deck needs to be replaced a lot of loose boards.

The house was very clean and beautiful couldn't have asked for a better view and loved being on the water they provided basically everything you need fishing was great to just walk out back door would definitely stay here again

Great place, we enjoyed being on the water - literally, the view was magnificent. My sons loved fishing from the deck, especially at night. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us. As far as cooking needs, seemed that most everything that we needed was there. There are 2 gas grills on the deck, both had plenty of propane. Guest services were very responsive, I just had a couple of questions but they were answered very quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and we had a great time. If I could have, I would have rated it 4.5 stars, only because the place needed a few updates. We do rehab work and a very minimal investment would be needed to bring this property to pristine status. Nothing was a deal breaker there, I just wanted to mention it. If we visit Dauphin Island again, we'd probably want to stay at this house again.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. BUT, there are items that need work. The main couch in the den is broken and you sink down. The refrigerator could use some work with the handles. Shower door needs to be worked on but those are minor (except the couch) and we made many memories!

My goal was to take my niece on a relaxing trip by the Gulf where we could just sit and relax or walk on the beach, this house helped me accomplish that mission. The unit was clean and had all the equipment needed for morning coffee and fixing meals. Sitting on the deck with the constant waves was relaxing and walking up and down the beach was wonderful with the other visitors all being very friendly and respectful.

Perfect location

We had a blast. Internet was out first 3 days but they were very helpful and got it up and running. We looked into booking this for the same dates next year and the price went up alot. We would stay here again!

Loved the Property!

Loved the property! Probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. Check in code and information are through the property manager's website and not through VRBO, so not as smooth and seamless as through the VRBO app. We got the security/check in code late (as we saw in a previous review). But we LOVED the property and Dauphin Island! We would stay again!

Broken back door, mouldy shower curtains, drain stoppers and bathroom closet ceiling, no batteries in remote. Broken refrigerator drawers. Couch is also broken. Trash left between houses, and grills had leftover food in them.
