Here is a polished, ready-to-post review based on your notes:We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Aaron was an excellent host who was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner with no issues thanks to the well-stocked kitchen. The house was extremely clean and tidy, and the backyard was a highlight with a beautiful view that we enjoyed often. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the Great Hiking Trail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Our entire family are Tucson natives. We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, running, golf, tennis, swimming. We are excited to host you and provide the most enjoyable and comfortable stay as possible. We put a lot of love into our house to share with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Catalina Foothills is know for being an upscale neighborhood. From the amazing city and Mountain View’s, to the convenience of being centrally located and close to all amenities of the city and attractions in town.

What makes this property unique

Our space is warm and welcoming. We have several bedding options available and multiple restrooms. Our living room offers very comfortable leather reclining and rocking couches. Each room is equipped we with a fan. The king bedrooms have mini split AC units in addition to the main AC unit. Our pool was remodeled in 2025 with pebble tech and heat. The outdoor dinning and fire pit areas have breathtaking views or the mountains and city. Indoors we offer board games and as well as a PS4 console with a few games. The property has a 2 car garage and plenty of on site parking.
