The house was a good size to accommodate the family. However upon arrival the refrigerator and freezer were dirty, trash was left in trash cans, comforter on one bed was torn. The doors and walls were dirty. Later it was found that the oven did not work properly and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry an average load. The property manager was polite and responded quickly. He had the lawn service come when he was informed of the poor conditions of the outdoor areas.

The house is in a great neighborhood. If you want to use the hot tub and it actually be hot you have to tell them 18 hours prior to your visit and it cost 100 extra a day. We were told this after we arrived and asked why it was not working. The kitchen stove smoked the house up due to something being spilled in the oven and not cleaned, The burners do not burn the way they should at all. I use a gas stove all the time they should not burn the way these do.

The home needs repairs made in many areas. Pool tiles falling off so did not swim as we didn't know if broken pieces were under the water that could be stepped on. Broken tiles in bathroom that hadn't even been picked up, and broken toilet seats that almost caused a fall. Front door would not latch shut unless held closed and locked with deadbolt, and only 1 key for it. Property did not seem to have been well cleaned. Floors were visibly dirty, white dog hair on the furniture that got on our clothes, and coffee and grounds left in the coffee maker for so long in the cabinet that it had mold growing in it. So we could not trust that any of the kitchen items had been cleaned. Dishwasher was still full from previous guest.All different types of lighting issues as they would turn on and then turn off intermittently and/or flicker constantly.It should be explained that the master bedroom had 2 small beds. This is not normal and was a significant let down. Wires stretch across one room as a trip hazard, and a TV who's stand was not fully on the shelf and could fall at any time as the shelf was not deep enough for it.This is my first ever negative review on any rental property but the accumulation of problems was just too much to ignore and others should be warned before booking it.
