Enjoy the open floor plan of the main living area, which includes a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Alternatively, you can luxuriate in one of the spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a skylight, bringing the outdoors in. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom with lots of natural light coming through the skylight.

The garage has been transformed into a multi-functional space with lots of storage, and laundry facilities, complete with a washer and dryer.

Outside, you'll find a covered patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture, a large swimming pool with a diving board, a basketball hoop, and breathtaking views of the San Fernando Valley.
