The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and place them in the bath tubs. Please gather all trash and place in the large bin behind the house. Please turn off all lights, TV, fans, fireplace, etc.
Please return all 4 keys and both garage remotes to the key rack in the kitchen. Guests will be charged if any are lost or damaged.
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked, and that the front porch lights are turned on, then you can exit via the front door and hit the lock button on the keypad after you exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties of any kind are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house.
All guests agree to follow all rules and abide by the rental agreement.
