This Casita is situated 15 miles south of the U.S border; 12 miles south of Tijuana; 5 miles north of Rosarito; just 500 steps from the ocean and the 19th most popular surfing area in the world. Enjoy lobster at Puerto Nuevo just 20 minutes away and shopping, dining, and dancing in Rosarito, or just relax, go swimming and get a nice tan on the beach. Take a day trip to Valle de Guadalupe and taste some of Baja's great wine and food.

You have a private entrance to the Casita with a queen bed, standard/full sofa/sleeper, table with seating for 2, with a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, free Wifi, patio with BBQ and outdoor patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Boasting over 400 square feet of living space, this cozy studio has everything you need for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience.

Drink your morning coffee on the private patio which will quickly become your favorite place to sit back and relax and BBQ on the outdoor grill.

When you're not soaking up the warm sunshine or laying on the beach, you can watch Dish Cable TV on either of the 2 TVs from your queen size bed or from the full/standard sofa/bed. Each TV is set up for each individual space.

There is also a fold away table with 2 chairs inside the Studio and 2 chairs, and table on the private patio where you can enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette for all of your dining needs. Fill the full size frig with your favorite snacks and wash fruits and veggies in the sink. Make early morning eggs and bacon in the kitchen with non-stick stainless steel pans. Grab warm bread from the taster to finish off a delicious breakfast in your very own home-away-from-home.

You'll love getting ready for your day in the full bathroom with shower and vanity. Step into the walk-in shower and let the warm steam wake you up in the mornings or relax you and put you to sleep at night.

The unit has its own private entrance from the street where you can park your car, walk through the gate into your private patio and enter into the Casita. You will be provided with a 4-digit code to access the keys to the doors. Use of the private patio includes table with umbrella, chairs, and BBQ. snorkel gear, 4 beach towels, 2 sand chairs, and ice chest available for your use. Feel free to relax on the patio and have your morning coffee or your late night beverage of choice after a long day of exploring Baja California. SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY.

Owner is on the premises but will give you all the privacy you need and want. You have your own private entrance to the patio and studio which is closed off from the main house. We are always available by phone or text and we are more than happy assist you while staying with us.

Baja Malibu is a sleepy gated community between Tijuana and Rosarito in Baja California, Mexico. There is 24 hour security guard at all times and is a very safe place to visit and live. The community is aapproximately 150 homes on the ocean side of the Tuijuana-Ensenada Cuota (toll road).

You can take a taxi from the U.S. border for less than $50. Uber is available also, but a car is recommended to get around the area for sightseeing, etc. Restaurants and market within walking distance to the casita.
