About this property

We rent a spacious penthouse apartment for the week of the Mining Convention in Arequipa (Perumin 33) from September 18 to 24, 2017. We have the following rooms: living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, desk, laundry, storage, terrace and parking space / garage. Services include: hot water, Wifi, TVCable (smartTV's in each room), electronic doorman and private security 24 hours a day.

The apartment is on the fifth floor behind the School of San Francisco, in a private and safe urbanization a few blocks from Av. Cayma; a central and accessible area.

On the other hand, the apartment offers an excellent view of the countryside of the city.
