This is a fantastic location, close to everything. We went to a MN Twins game and walked back. It was faster than taking an Uber. The host was very responsive. The instructions re: check in were not correct, but quickly resolved. There are four apartments in this building and there was a bit of debris in the coming areas. It’s also pretty noisy. That said, it’s well stocked and the location makes up for a lot.

Clean place, great location. The two issues we had were these...The host was absolutely not responding to me when the day of the stay arrived. I had never received check in information and a code to get in. I reached out multiple times and got no response. I finally had to call VRBO and was connected with the escalation department and they were able to send me the info. The second issue was there really was no clear parking information and we had to fend for ourselves. Other than these two issues our stay was great! The house is very nice and the beds are comfortable.

The property itself was cleanBut we were not able to park in our “reserved parking space”. We parked on the street for our entire stay as someone was always parked in our spot even after we contacted the host and property manager I don’t believe the photos posted were photos of the unit we stayed in. There were not any curtains and the mini blinds were not in great condition. Multiple holes in the walls. I didn’t realize I was renting a unit with 3 other units in the same building. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets and towels on hand too.

The interior of the house was not anything like the photos on VRBO. The decor is very stale and old, the living room photo on VRBO makes it look very lavish. It is not. There is a tremendous discrepancy with the A/C upstairs versus downstairs. Upstairs it is hot, while downstairs feels like it was 50 degrees with the A/C on. Very uncomfortable. There are vents on the floor with screws that are sticking out, which could easily pierce your foot if you don't see them. If you plan on cooking, the cookware is old and not many options. Bottom line, I would not recommend this VRBO to anyone.
