Deep Lake is beloved for its calm waters, forested shoreline, and wildlife sightings—from bald eagles to deer. It’s the kind of place where lasting memories are made: sunset swims, coffee on the deck, ping-pong tournaments in the lodge, or stories shared around the table with loved ones.

The Space

This all-inclusive rental includes:
-7 cozy cabins—each with lake and mountain views
-Three: 3bd, 1ba cabins that have 2 queen bedrooms and a double bunk bed room.
-Two: 2bd, 2ba cabins.
-Two: Studio style cabins

The Cabins
Each Cabin comes with
-1 full bathroom
-Kitchenettes stocked with cookware, dishes, and cooking basics
-Drip coffee maker with coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar provided
-Indoor living space with living room and dining areas
-Portable fans for warmer days
-Covered decks with outdoor seating for each cabin

The Lodge

As part of your private rental, you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the Lodge, the heart of Wilderness West Resort. It features:
-A 70” Smart TV with YouTube TV (live cable-like streaming of sports, news, and entertainment)
-Starlink Wi-Fi (the best internet in the area)
-A ping-pong table, dartboard, board games, and seating areas
-A large dining table for group meals or games
-Two extra half-bathrooms for guest use
-Ample barstool seating

The Dock & Outdoor Spaces

Take a short walk down to our newly restored dock, where you can swim, relax in Adirondack chairs, or launch your kayak.

There’s even a beach-style area for lounging near the water. The property offers ample parking and peaceful paths to explore.

Guest Access

Note:
The cabins are not disability accessible. Going up and down stairs is required to access the cabins. If you or a member of your reservation are not able to easily go up and down stairs with luggage, the resort may not be suited for you.

You’ll have private access to all 7 cabins, the Lodge, the dock, outdoor common areas, and parking areas. This is a self-serve retreat with no front desk—our team is always available by phone, but you’ll have the space and freedom to create your own adventure.

Getting Around

A personal vehicle is required—there’s no public transit or ride-shares in this remote region. Stock up on supplies in Colville or Northport before you arrive. Free on-site parking is available.

Check-In & Check-Out
-Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
-Check-out is by 11:00 AM
-Please message us in advance if you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out; we’ll do our best to accommodate

Quiet Hours
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and is strictly enforced. Please respect the neighbor`s right to enjoy their peaceful time up at the lake.
-Please be mindful of sound, especially in shared spaces like the Lodge and outdoor areas

Shared Spaces
-The Lodge is open to all registered guests—please keep it clean and respectful for others
-The TV, ping-pong table, and games are first come, first served
-Please clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it

No Campfires
-Absolutely no open flames or campfires are permitted anywhere on the property due to extreme wildfire risk
-This includes fire pits, candles, tiki torches, or any other open flame

Trash & Food
-Please dispose of trash in the designated bin near the shop (padlock code: 6149)
-Do not leave trash outside or on porches, as it can attract animals
-Please empty the fridge of any personal food items before checkout

Pets
-The Resort is dog-friendly, but please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in shared areas
-Pets are not allowed in the Lodge
-Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility

Property Use
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance
-No large gatherings or parties without prior approval
-Please do not enter other cabins or storage areas that are not part of your reservation

Safety & Emergencies
-Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the dock and water
-Life jackets are required for children 14 and under when on a vessel
-In case of emergency, contact 911 and notify us immediately

Self-Serve Resort
-Wilderness West is a self-serve retreat—there is no front desk or on-site staff
-We’re always available via message or phone if you need assistance

Damage or Issues
-Please report any damage, broken items, or maintenance needs during your stay so we can address them promptly
