I booked this condo on 5 Oct for a stay Dec 26-Jan 4 and received an instant confirmation. No correspondence followed until I reached out to the host on Dec 23 requesting check in procedures. I received no response so I asked again on Dec 24. No response so I asked again on Dec 25. No response so I'm Dec 26 I called VRBO and after three escalations I was told the host was unable to host my party for this reservation so it was cancelled. I got an email saying that the reservation was cancelled due to me not meeting minimum age restrictions even though I'm 54 years old, my wife is 53 years old, and my niece who was visiting with us is 22 years old so I don't understand what the age issue was. Ended up having to cancel the trip so yayyyy!Do not rent from this host.
