Why they chose this property
Canoga Park is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the West San Fernando Valley area. Very diverse with good hard working people and their families. I'm close to downtown where you feel like time has stood still. Quiet neighborhood where you can walk your dog. Churches and Schools are within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
It's the only property that has been refreshed on our street. It's walking distance to Shopping and Dining. Public transportation is a block away and easy access for Rideshare drivers and delivery drivers.
