Four bedrooms with plenty of room and supplied kitchen for preparing meals. It is ski in if you can find the spot to ski down to the hot tub area but not quite ski out unless there is snow on the road. That said, it is only a half block walk to the Snowflake lift which is not a deal breaker. Even if you miss the little spot to ski in, it’s just a short half block walk. You can walk to town but we drove because it was cold and uphill on the way back. (We are older and flatlanders) We would recommend this condo for a handful of friends like us or families.

Room was way too small for the large King sized bed frames that are sticking out. We all banged our knees over 10 times and nearly got crippled. Didn't fall a single time from skiing but got multiple bruises and cuts from banging into the bed frame. Place is also misleading and a lot smaller than showed.

Summer vacation. We have skied Breckinridge since 99. Our first time here in the summer.

This property is very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies & extra pillows/linens. Very convenient to downtown, as well as areas to hike or fish. Would definitely stay again!!

girls getaway

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect for our annual girls getaway. We had 5 women (college buddies) getting together celebrating our 62nd birthdays and some retirements. Extremely impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! Definitely the best kitchen we have encountered over the years! We love to cook great meals and there was everything needed. Great location for hikes and proximity into town!

Ski in / out + great amenities

This place was perfect for two families of four (4 adults, 4 teens). Walk out to lift and ski back. Kitchen fully stocked. Great hang out spaces for card games or mingling. Hot tub close by - three of them!

This condo has a fantastic location near snowflake ski lift (convenient for skiers of all levels) and is close to town. The property management company was super responsive and helpful. Although there are plenty of beds/bedrooms, the living space was a little tight for 8 people, but if you are primarly out on the slopes or enjoying town it's perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

2024 Breckenridge ski trip

Great location for skiing. Weather didn’t cooperate 100 %, we checked out a little early to avoid a forecast blizzard since we were driving east to go home. No problems.

Great location beats small size

Ski in walk a few steps to snowflake lifer and free ride. House well equipped but small. Perfect for our crew because we spent most of our time on the slopes or in town. Beds were super comfy! Even had a surprise sleeper sofa with plush foam mattress! Recommend!

Breck condo

This condo had a fantastic location close to snowflake lift (convenient for skiers of all levels) and close to town. The property management company was super and responded immediately to all questions. There were plenty of beds/bedrooms, but I would warn that the living area was a little tight for a group of eight people. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location to the lift.

Great place by the Snowflake lift and Four O Clock Run. Skied right to the condo entrance and walked downhill a 100 yards to the Snowflake lift. Space was decent for 9 of us. Property manager was prompt to respond with any concern or request we had. Only thing that would help is a better list of items available to us in the kitchen area. Website description is a little lean. Would recommend or stay here again.

A lot of work needs to be done to this place to bring it up to the standards of today's ski condos. This place is not in great shape and would never rent it again for what they want nightly.

Great place!

Overall I'd say the place was great. Clean, beds were comfy, great location. Like several people said it is a bit cramped for 2 families. The bedrooms are all roomy but the living space/dining was pretty tight. My only complaint was in the kitchen pans. They were all super old - seemed like the teflon was coming off on our eggs. They also need a few more. Other than that super happy with this rental!!
